Chef Ian Peckel has spent the past 10 years honing his craft at some of the finest events in the world and his five signature menus are exceptional in quality, taste and presentation. However, our clients ultimately have the option of customizing their own menus to suit the event and their tastes. Our trained staff will work with you to ensure that you get exactly what you want.
